Primary Conflict: Nancy and a few of her friends are going to spend a weekend at the Gourmet Getaway which is a new resort that has opened. During that time there is a famous chef their named Chef Cadot. Odd things keep happening and Nancy has to try and solve the mystery. This mystery is going to be hard to solve because there are so many suspects and all of them have such good motives which makes Nancy think any of them could have done it.

Best Part: After Nancy is sure she has solved the mystery she wants to make one last check. All of her friends and her look for a pair of boots that belonged to Ryan who Nancy thinks has done all of this. When Bess checks for the boots in the root cellar she is locked in. Nancy finds her and tries to save her although she does not realize that she is going to be pushed in. Someone sets a fire close to the root cellar and they can’t get out. After a long smoky search they find another way out. They are able to solve the mystery with no one seriously hurt.
